Saturday Social Row.
To promote the development of newer members, the club offers a Saturday Social Row each week. While this program does focus on the social aspect of the club, it is also a program aimed at getting rowers of varying experience levels into the same boat to accelerate the learning process. Those with less experience should hopefully develop their learning process by watching and following those with more experience in the crew. Personalised coaching within the boat is also encouraged.
The Saturday Social Row kicks off at the club at 5.45am. Please be at the shed somewhere around 5.45pm so we can organise crews.
For those who will not be participating in the social row and want to train in their usual crews, the regular rowing session on Saturdays will commence at 6.00am, to ensure we can organise the social crews and get these boated.
