(to be held in conjunction with the mini regatta)

This is a great opportunity for members to row smaller boats that they may not have done so before.

At these sessions we will demonstrate how to get back into a single in the event of a capsize.

After the session the group usually heads to one of the local cafes for coffee and something to eat.

For members who wish to row singles it is compulsory to complete a successful capsize recovery on an annual basis to row singles on the Inlet and to demonstrate your ability to get back in a capsized single .
