Sponsorships

The Cairns Rowing Club is a small non-profit sporting organisation with limited income potential. Our primary sources of incomes are membership fees, fund raising activities and grants.

From time to time, we are also fortunate to receive sponsorship from various organisations who are willing to fund activities or events being promoted by the club. Those sponsorships are a life-blood to the club and mean that in some cases events can proceed where otherwise they may not have due to financial limitations.

We would like to acknowledge the following corporations for the support provided to the Cairns Rowing Club for sponsorships provided. Details of the sponsorships are also provided below.

Koppen Construction

Sponsorship for installation of new Sewer System 2017

Koppen Construction have undertaken the construction of a new sewer rising main and relocation of an existing sewer pump station as part of its sponsorship of the Cairns Rowing Club.

The approximate value of the sponsored works was $30,000.

Sponsorship for supply of HOTTI Promotional Shirts 2017

Cairns Hardware have sponsored the supply of promotional shirts for the Cairns Rowing Club 2017 Head of the Trinity Inlet (HOTTI). The shirts are provided to competitors in the HOTTI event as part of the event promotions.

The value of the sponsorship was $1,000.

GHD have sponsored the supply of promotional shirts for the Cairns Rowing Club 2017 Head of the Trinity Inlet (HOTTI). The shirts are provided to competitors in the HOTTI event as part of the event promotions.

The value of the sponsorship was $500.

Sponsorship for supply of building materials for new amenities 2017

Cairns Hardware have sponsored the supply of some building materials for the construction of the new amenities (toilet and shower) at the boat shed. The sponsorship has contributed towards the completion of this much need addition to the facility.

The approximate value of the sponsored works was $500.
